Photo Day: Waterdrops

I am sure you have seen tons of images of waterdrops. So, here is my first shot at trying to capture them.

All you need to remake this photo is a tripod, camera, and a bowl of water. You want to capture the droplets, so you will have to use a fast shutter speed.

I actually used the on camera flash because the lighting sucked. It is a good idea to experiment with different colored/designed bowls to give an added effect to the droplets. You can check out another tutorial at the Digital Photography School’s website.

Just be patience and experiment with things and you will eventually find one that you really like.
