Have you ever wanted to take out your aggressions on your coworkers? Well, after being here in England for only a month I got the chance to do just that. The venue…Finmere Paintball in Finemere!

Nearly thirty-five coworkers and myself headed out this weekend to try our hands in a couple games of paintball at Finmere paintball. To be honest,  I have gone paintballing in the past with coworkers and it was only moderate fun at best. I must say that this weekend was very different and that Finmere Paintball does an excellent job at making sure everyone is enjoying themselves.

Located at an old WWII airbase, Finmere paintball provided the right mix of exciting games and terrain to make any novice paintballer satisfied. For around £13 I was able to play a “full day” with lunch included. I say “full day” because the initial payment only gives you a hundred paintballs to play with for the full day. The majority of us ended up buying an additional five-hundred balls for £30. You can also choose to buy a hundred paintballs at a time for £7.

Overall, I was impressed with the equipment provided and help from the staff. In all my previous experiences we simply went out to a woodland area and the staff brought paintball guns and paint for us. At Finmere they provided overalls, paint, belt to carry extra paint canisters, mask, gun, and gloves at an additional fee.

Our full day of paintballing started at around 9:15am and lasted until nearly 2:30pm. I would highly recommend spending a day letting loose at Finmere Paintball with some coworkers or friends. I know that I will definitely be a repeat customer.
